At the core of SMSEM's agenda is the development of a comprehensive proposal that specifically addresses the needs of educators. The proposal, known as a pliego petitorio, will serve as a roadmap for negotiations with relevant authorities.

The SMSEM remains committed to supporting its members in various ways.
